I'd try to boot to safe mode and see if you can deltete
the stealth.dll from there. If not, are you running NTSF
or FAT32? If FAT32, boot to the DOS prompt off of a
bootable floopy and see if you can deltete it from DOS.

Get rid of Norton AntiVirus and install McAfee. Not
trying to take sides, but I've seen too many virus's that
Norton misses.

McAfee has a free online scanner too. Try it and see what
it says. www.mcafee.com. On the right side of the page
is a link to "Scan Now".

Hope this helps. Post back any results.
