Memory Diagnostics

I downloaded a handy little tool called Microsoft Windows
Memory Diagnostic (BETA) and used it on this machine. I
wanted to load it on another machine but can't seem to
find it anywhere in MS Land and can't find the magazine
that I got the address from.
Anybody know where it is.
