Desk top..w/ Windows XP ... connected printer PSC 500 all in one (PSC) and no images or pinting is transferred to paper. The printer will go through all of it's motions,,,pick up paper,,,sounds like the document is printing...but nothing is on the paper when it exits the printer.

The printer WILL print a test page so I know the cratridges are OK.

The document info is just getting to the printer. All cables are connected and have been triple checked..

I also get a window that states "Installation is not currently supported gor Windows 2000. Please check your documentation for instructions". This is received after I place the install disc into the CD and attempt to install the software.

Any help or suggestions??

I have print problems from time to time as well. HP site says that the
latest drivers are already on the XP disk. There is nothing newer from HP.
Any other thoughts?
