When attempting to print certain documents form word the PC hang. The top
tool bar flashes dark to pale blue and also the print icon on the bottom task
bar flashes between dark blue and a dull orange. Cannot shut word down, comes
up with error message dialog active. Only way to shut down application is
through task manager and even then can be iffy.
