paging file

My computer tells me I have no paging file. I have tried
to increase the size of the paging file through
system/virtual memory/paging file and it promts me to
restart to kick the changes in and it does nothing. How
do I fix this?

Let Windows handle the paging file. Make sure you press Set before exiting.
