I'm using XP, and have been since it came outand I'm using
the latest version, whatever it is. My problem is that
using it I have more crashes than a DC-10!

I use Netscape 7.1 since I prefer it to Explorer and it
just doesn't seem right that it should take 5 minutes or
more to open a site (and this is using a cable modem), or
do anything for that matter, as I get "Netscape Not
Responding" messages. I've been all over Netscape and it
turns out the problem is Windows! The only thing I can do
in these cases is hit CTRL-ALT-DELETE to get out. This
takes up a lot of time and as I use my computer to work, I
get behind.

Now, what in the hell am I to do? I'm stumped and frankly I
think it was easier before we had home computers.

Take a look here. Pay attention to the Paragraph about Cache being full.
