Some things that sometime work for me.
Close all program and run the installation program.
Run the instalation program and when it hangs Ctrl Alt
Delete choose it and switch to.
Let the program run overnight. The task manager often
tells me programs are not responding and the above usely
gets them to work. Not responding doesn't allways mean
the programs not working.
