In Outlook you can click File > Import and Export > Export to a File

Then choose which format you want to send it to. Excel is your best bet for
mail merge.

You failed to specify the address book to which you're referring. Seems like
that might be a good place to start.

Sorry, I'm using XP, Outlook Express not Outlook, Office, Excel 2003, Word
2003. The Address book version is 6.00.2900.2180.
I have printed it in the past but it printed phone numbers, e-mail address',
and had lots of blank areas. All I really need are the names and address' of
some of my contacts. Thanks again for your help.

microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlooke xpress for OE 6.x

A good website for information on OE is:
http://www.tomsterdam.com/
