I was sent a movie in mp4 format....first i have never heard of this format
for a movie on a computer or for anything for that matter ...has anyone?
second i have MyDVD Plus its a sonic movie burner and when i go and try to
burn the movie the program freezes every time and ends my computer doesnt
freeze just the program...i have burned maybe 2 other movies and they burn
just fine but they are not mp4 format...is the file corrupted or can i not
burn mp4 format movies....if that is the case then is there any way i can
convert a mp4 format to some different format like dvix, wma or avi?

thank you

Can you import it into Windows Movie Maker and convert it to DV-AVI or WMV?

Download and install FFDSHOW. I believe it will handle these files.
