Hello,
if I am encoding an AVI to mpg in tmpgenc mpeg encoder,
AND I have an explorer.exe window open AND that particular AVI
file highlighted (selected) in the right hand pane,
opening taskmanager will show that explorer.exe is using 75%
of the cpu, while tmpgenc is using 25%.
All I have to do is remove the focus from the AVI file in explorer
by simply clicking on another file.
Now taskmanager shows tmpgenc getting 98% of the cpu,
which is as it should be (nothing else running)
