I have windows xp home edition version 2002 sp2, internet explorer 6.0. My
home computer is my 1 & only computer (i am a house wife), I use "local Area
Connection" (cable server). I have windows messenger 5.1, but am wondering
if the msn messenger is better. (i also use yahoo messenger, i love using
and exploring all the features) also if i decide to go whith msn, will i
still be able to access/use my "Remote Assistanse" tool when i need to (i
need to alot!!)?

Remote Assistance can be done only by using Windows Messenger. Note
that MSN Messenger and Windows Messenger can coxist so you can install
both of these if you like.

Hi Darla,
Here is a link that discusses the difference betwee the two Messengers:

The next generation of MSN Messenger will be named "Windows Live Messenger".

I personally prefer MSN Messenger to Windows Messenger because it has more
features as you stated.
