turn off problems

I am not able to turnoff my computer properly.I have three user accounts.Two
users have administrator rights and the other one is a limited account.In two
of the user accounts there is no problem in turningoff the computer.But in
one of the user the computer hangs up after clicking the turnoff button in
the start menu.Please kindly suggest me a solution.
