Anytime I insert any kind of disc, it doesn't recognize it. It acts basically
as if I haven't inserted anything. When I go to My Computer, it doesn't show
the disc in the drive. i can't run any tests either because the computer says
I haven't inserted the necessary disc. Thanks for any advice anyone can give
me.
