You will first have to go to safe mode by tapping F8 key
while booting up.When the advance option window appear,
use the arrow keys and select safe mode. After bootup,Go
to control panel, select systems, advance tab and go down
to startup and recovery click settings,in the system
failure options uncheck automatically restart. This should
stop the rebooting. You can now go to events log and
check for error messages>control panel,administrative
tools, click on event viewer. You also could use the system
restore option. If all else fails, back in F8 options you
can select "Last known good configuration" and press
enter. This will take you back to last known good startup.
From now on I would suggest downloading one update at a
time for reasons such as this....Good luck.
