I recently upgraded to Windows XP Professional Edition and
found out that I couldn't update a certain program because
the old version wasn't compatible with XP. I tried
removing the program under 'Add/Remove Program' but it
wouldn't work. I remember seeing an easy way to switch
back to the previous version of Windows but now can't find
it. Could you please email me so I don't have to go
through a whole mess of uninstalling things?
