Windows XP Setup starts, fails then restarts contstantly

Hi,
My problem is when trying to do a reinstall of XP Pro,
setup failed at a certain point. Now on every reboot
Setup continues and always fails at the same place.
How do I stop setup from restating???!!!
I really need help with this one.
