I have the same problem and I think, but not positive that it is related to
Norton's AV and XP as I have the same setup on a Widows98 machine and "Fast
and Safe Cleanup" takes the history to Zero every time. I have set the
Internet options to "0" and that has NOT solved the problem. As time passes
that history file gets larger and larger. It is well over a mb now and
grows daily.
I sure would like to solve this LOL
