What your going to have to do i think is login in safe
mode. Geting the file might be the harder part. But when
you do get it juest place it in system32 folder(commonly
C:/windows/system32/ )

After a little bit of research you can grab the file
ntoskrnl.exe off of the instalation CD cddrive:\i386
\NTOSKRNL.EX_ you are going to have to correct the file
name so its NTOSKRNL.EXE. If you installed useing a NTFS
file system your going to have to do a repair from the
install cd to get a command line interface. from there
juest copy the file over. If you are useing a FAT32 file
system you can juest use any 98 boot disk to copy the
file off on the cd-rom. If you installed Linux you are
going to have to check you boot.ini file to make shure
that it is trying to access the right partition to boot
off of. The link: http://www.ntfaq.com/Articles/Index.cfm?
ArticleID=14722 might be able to help you out a bit more
if I couldnt.
