Selective Restore

I am trying to do a selective restore, I am running XP sp1, I have the Quick
Restore discs but I can't find a way to do only selective restore. If anyone
has any advice I do appreciate it.

Assuming you are talking about the manufacturer supplied recovery disks, his
is an OEM feature, not an XP feature. You need to contact your system
manufacturer and/or check your documentation. That said, usually, system
makers create an all or nothing scenario, rarely do they create such disks
with the option to do a selective recovery or restore.
