movie frames

I shot movies from my digital camera and meant to just take a picture. Can I
extract one frame from the movie and make it a picture? While I was shooting
the movie a took a picture or so I thought. How can I get that picture?

You can use Windows Movie Maker, import the AVI file from the hard drive and
then use the Capture feature.
