100% cpu usage by system in Task Manager

Hi, i got that 100% "system" usage showing in the task=20
manager... i can't play any games on my pc coz this 100%=20
usage of cpu eats all the "power" i have in my pc.

My board is Asus A7N266-VM/LAN/AA. I have 500Mo DDR2100,=20
ATI Radeon 9500 pro, Matrox 30G 7200rpm. Antec 350w power=20
sup.=20

My pc never crashes, but i can't get that performance=20
going... What ever that means for you !! h=E9 h=E9..

You may wish to perform a "tune-up" that may help:

1. Perform a DISK CLEANUP:
(Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup)

2. Go to Start > Run and type: CMD , and hit enter. In the Command
Prompt window type: CHKDSK /F , and hit enter, answer "yes" and
reboot your computer.

3. Afterward, perform a DEFRAG of your hard drive.
