I have several Windows XP Pro machines logging into a
Windows NT network. After successfuly supplying the
password windows sits with a blank screen with only a
mouse cursor until you press ALT+CTRL+DEL when it will
immediately start 'loading personal settings' and complete
the startup.
The symptoms are identical to knowledge base document
#320560 but this is not an upgraded machine.
Any ideas?
