Despite all possible permutations of adjusting the Power
Options and the Show Icon on Taskbar setting of the
Advanced Tab, I am unable to get my WinXP Home Edition to
show the battery meter.
I used to have it appear. And now it does not.
I have kept most current on all Windows Updates and HP
ze436us updates from HP.
I am willing to hack the registry but I am unsure what
file to launch to display the icon.
Does anybody have a clue how to get my system back to
displaying batter strength in the system tray/taskbar?
