system idle process uses 100% cpu

(system idle process) uses 100% of my cpu. Why is this
happening?

System Idle is exactly what it sounds like, the % of processing power
doing nothing, available for work, waiting for something to do.
If you are having problems, System Idle is not the cause.
High 90s% is normal.
