Hi all,

A friend of mine is running Win XP SP2 on a Compaq 6450NX computer,
which
has a Geforce4 4200 Ti card in it. The problem I'm seeing is whenever
I scroll
a webpage or files in Explorer, I see these red/cyan line segments pop
up all
over the screen (not just in the browser). The more scrolling I do,
the worse it gets,
and the webpage becomes unreadable.

However, this goes away if I hit the refresh button. I already
uninstalled/reinstalled
his vid driver, and the problem persists.

I've never seen this bug before...anyone out there has any ideas?

Thanks, Charles.

Does this ONLY occur when surfing?

I've seen it happen when scrolling files in the File Explorer too.
Also when I've played around with the Nvidia Prop Sheet.

I've been told the vid card may be dying too
