I had to uninstall Norton becasue Ncafee said it needed
it gone to work properly so after I did that I was no
longer able to get my broadbad connection. I can get my
DSL connection at work though. The Broadband at home
works with my husbands computer fine. I have done the
usual ipconfig /renew and release and ever other command
only to get error messages saying that the file is
missing to do so(renew) or the command is not a good
command (release or *Con*. I even tried the control panel
and repair for the connection but get an error that says
the following steps of repair have failed
renewing the ip address
refreshing the DHCP and re-registering the DNS names.
This stinks and I do not want to have to reinstall
windows and lose a lot of my programs. HELP PLEASE..u
will be a GOD if u can
