I own a Sony Vaio PCG R505ESK Laptop running Windows and
Office XP. The computer freezes sporadically every 5-10
minutes. The screen stays lit, and if the Windows Media
Player is running, it "skips". Nothing else operates for
around 8-10 seconds. Almost as if the computer is trying
to catch up. The keyboard or mouse do not work. Have
any of you experienced this problem.
