View Full Version : Error: Windows - Virtual Memory Minimum Too Low

Go to Start/Control Panel and click the System icon. in
the system window click the Advanced tab and then click
the Settings button under the Performance option. in the
Performance window click the Advanced tab. At the bottom
of the window you will see a section marked Virtual
Memory. Click the Change button. In the section marked
Paging file size for selected drive enable the Custom
radio button by clicking on it with your mouse. This
allows you to enter figures into the Initial Size and
Maximum Size boxes. Now apply the following formula.

Your initial memory plus half again.

I.e if you have 256MB of memory it will look like this:

256 + 128 (128 is half of 256) = 384MB

So in the Minimum box type 384
In the Maximum box type 384

Next click the Set button followed by Ok.

See if that makes a difference.
