Hi,
I have installed new version of MSN7.5.0311. And i observed that the option
Tools-->Options--> Connections-->AdvancedSettings--> Http Proxy and Port
boxes
are disabled. But we want to enable these dialog boxes as we have to give
our own
proxy and port specifications. Could someone please help me by giving a
better soulution for this.
Thanks in Adavance,
Chetan.

I think you have to go into Internet Explorer and set the proxy there.
Control Panel --> Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings...
-or-
Within Internet Explorer: Tools --> Internet Options --> Connections -->
LAN Settings...
You have to place a checkmark in the box "Use a proxy server..." and then
enter the Address & Port.
MSN Messenger will then pick these up.
