I try and ask for remot assistance from my wife and it says that I need to
update messenger to the latest version Ihave the latest version and every
update
Any Ideas we are both using home. Thanks

Greetings Joel,
Actually what the message is indicating is that you need a newer version of Windows Messenger
installed.
You can grab Windows Messenger from here:
