My IBM Thinkpad has a serious problem with managing its
power, first of all the battery is one of theose ni-mh or
whatever, and i hvae ot "form" it but when the battery
works and stuff, the power meter says that there is )
power left when i can run the computer for 1-2 more hours,
it says that as soon as i switch to battery power. I also
can tell this because when i start and it does the post
test, it wont let me start my computer if i dont have it
plugged in wall, it will just shutdown, can someone tell
me how i can disable the bios from checking power level,
or fix the power meter? "Preferably power meter" thanks.
