I need to connect my vcr which only has audio video jacks to my computer
which only has usb connectors. What can I do?

In order to connect a VCR and do anything with it you need some type of
capture device. It could be internal or external. The capture device would
have the hookups for audio and video. (it may connect to the computer using
USB if external)

Try doing an internet search for "USB Video inputs" There are a few devices
out there that you can purchase and connect to your USB port which will then
in turn allow you to capture the video. The is one called ADS DVD Xpress
which seems to fit your needs, but I haven't used it so I can recommend it
one way or the other.
