attachments to email

[DES]

I cannot open many attachments that are sent to me I get
"cannot open file without Dell Image Expert. They want
a fee for this service and I do not need this service.
How do I clear this out. I have deleted it from my
programs but it still comes up?

Do you know what kind of attachments these are such as .jpg or .gif files?

Contact Dell as the software appears to have come with your system and they
obviously supplied that.
