I have a system with win98 and winXP dual boot. The win98
is on a FAT32 partition and XP is on NTFS partition. My
processor is celeron 1.3 GHz. I am often getting 100% CPU
ussage and low system performance. Can this be related to
the way I have set up my system, i.e. I was told that if I
delete one of the OSs and just have one OS installed then
the problem will disappear.
I would really appreciate it if somebody can give me some
insight into the problem.
