if you do find any traces, delete them, if you can't
delete them, you should be able to tell which program is
using it, then you need to shut that program down in the
services applet in your computer management applet, then
try to delete the file, most of the time if you cannot
delete a file, the computer may need to be restarted to
resett settings, including if you uninstalled a program,
