I had similar error messages over the past years when
computer would reboot or lock up. I can't find the
complete error message I used to get but I do remember it
always ended with Product 768_1.
Only a couple of days ago the problem was resolved when I
brought my computer for service and it turns out it was
because of bad memory (256mb). It was replaced and the
computer is fine since.
