I just got a diamond stealth s80 pci video card featuring radeon 9200se for
only $20.00 unfortunately it came without instructions. I would like to know
the steps involved in installing it. Do I have to disable the onboard video
via jumpers or through the BIOS etc. thx.

Yes the card did come with a installation disk

You'll disable the onboard graphics via the BIOS.....
