I'm researching DVD burning software, looking for suggestions on what to
use.I've been using sonic DigitalMedia LE since it came with PC.Whats the
best out there as far as simplicity and range of compatible file
formats?Thanks

This is a difficult question...What is "good" for one may not be good for
another.
Personally, I use Nero 7 Ultra Edition. I have also used Roxio and Ulead,
but Nero is just a better product "for me".

the many sites. There seems to be quite a range of file formats.I dont know
which software would be best for me.
