In W/ ME, right clicking my computer, properties,
performance, would indicate the percentage of resources
available. Can this same information be found in W/XP ?

System resources do not apply with Windows XP.

You can information about memory and processor usage in Task Manager. =
Access by using Ctrl+Alt+Del.

No. System Resources as they existed in Win9x are not relevant in the XP
architecture. Windows 95/98/Me were limited to two 64K 16 bit Resource
Heaps. Windows XP uses 32 bit Resource Heaps so the limitations of the 16
bit heaps no longer exist.

You can get a good idea of what is going on with the system using the
Performance and Processes tabs in the Task Manager.
