Intro:
- I have a folder that only a specified user could use.
The computer crashed and the operator reloaded the OS.
status:
- Access to the folder is denied even with
the administrator account.
- could not copy or move or change permissions
How can I gain access to the folder again?

The administrator's account can always take ownership of the file and then
go about changing permissions.
Search for 'ownership' in WinXP Help and Support
