Error when signing on

I keep getting "the procedure entry point ThunkConnect32
could not be located in the dynamic link library
KERNLL32.dll" I press ok, then receive the
following "Error loading C:\Windows\System32NvCpl.dll The
specified procedure could not be found". Anyone know how
to fix this and what it means?
