Error: "There is not enough free disk space."

I recieve this error when attempting to transfer a
9GB .mov file from my f:/ 40GB Maxtor 5200rpm drive to my
h:/ drive which is my 80GB Acomdata firewire drive that
has 50GB of free space on it.

Operation Systems: XP Home and XP Pro. Error occurs with
both. F:/ is formatted with NTFS and H:/ with FAT 32.

My guess is that XP only recognizes 30GB of FAT 32 drives.
