dual xeon 3,06 and xp

i was wondering if there anyone that can help me...

im buying

Supermicro SUPER X5DAL-TG2 Motherboard for dual xeon 3.06
processors

and windows xp pro.

someone told me that xp wont utilize both processors..is
this true and if so is there a way to correct this?
