Explorer.exe error message

Hi,

I have a question for you people.

Recently I've noticed that a lot of Windows XP machines in
our network get the same error message over and over.
Sometimes it's gone for a couple of hours but then it's
back again. Sometimes the message occurs when people open
Word and sometimes when opening mail or whatever program.
The error message comes from WININET.DLL and is caused in
EXPLORER.EXE.

Specs. Are:

- Compaq/HP Evo or NX9010
- Windows XP Pro (with all updates installed)
- Office XP Pro. (Dito)
- McAfee AV 4.5.1

Hope someone can help me.
