We can chat in Thai with MSN Messenger, and send emails by Hotmail,, upon
receiving emails in Thai, they are gobbly gook,, the people we Send to can
read, but
we tried sending an email back to self, and it was gobbly.
so back and forth works in Messenger,,, out works in Hotmail, but incoming
is messed up?
