please, i need more help

Every time i am surfing the net, a window comes up that
says internet needs to close. Why does it do this (all the
time?)And how can i fix it?

If you are going to wipe out the computer and reinstall everything new
as you said in your post just a few minutes prior to this one then
this problem should be resolved as well.
