Slow boot up and Slow load times

[Scrappt]

My computer seems to be loading Windows REALLY slow most
of the time some time its normal. Also seem to run every
thing slow when it boots up slow..At time take about 3-5
mins to boot up. Started about a week ago I havent done
anyting toit to make it slow down I just got internet
back Monday before that wasnn't online for over a month.
Any Ideas how to fix this ?

Broadband?
Unhook your network connection and reboot... Was that faster?
