need help deleting history file

I need help to delete all my history file. I went=20
to the internet option and i delete cookies, files and=20
also i delete my history but i still have internet site=20
on mi history and i really don't know how can i delete=20
them. When i start writing mi internet adress, they will=20
show me thes sites that it is impossible to delete. If i=20
do www.A they will show mw these files that start by A=20
that i can't erase. I really need your help cause i'm=20
afraid that it could damaged mi compu. I have a Compact=20
Presario 700 and i use XP.
