Messenger

[GeoffP]

Hi, I have been using messenger 7.5 for quite a time. Now when I type into
the box it doesn't appear in the top box. Also I keep getting a message that
I need to install something, I say ok but that's all that happens. I am
getting so upset with Microsoft programs. Don't they ever work properly?

Which box are you referring to? Do you mean the text box in the conversation window itself?

What does this message say exactly?

Jonathon, I have found that I can talk to my Grandson with no problem, so I
think the problem is with the other person I was talking to. Thanks for your
interest anyway. I will post again if I have the same problem.
