I can burn jpeg photos on to DVD+RW and DVD+R using Sonic and/or XP Media
Center version 2002. All playback well on my computer, but none will play on
any stand alone dvd player. I can't find any solutions to this problem. Any
help will be appreciated.

Is your standalone DVD player capable of playing JPG files? Is your
standalone even capable of 'seeing' DVD+R and/or DVD+RW?

How do I find out? Are any dvd players capable of playing DVD+RW and DVD+R? I
have tried these on 4 different players with on luck.

Most players today will play DVD+R. Some may not play DVD+RW.
If it is an old player then it may not play. Certain brands is less likely
to than others.
Actually, sometimes certain suppliers disks will not play while others play
ok.
Did you close the disk - It need to be closed to play on a desktop player
but will play on the computer even if it is not.

Most recent players will allow for playing jpeg or slideshows. However, you
also need software to generate the proper format.
